Community Guidelines

UniWave is a place to connect, express yourself, and share ideas through posts, media, andconversations. Our Community Guidelines are here to help everyone feel safe and respected while building genuine connections — never at the expense of others.

These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service and explain what isn’t allowed on UniWave. Everyone using UniWave — including individuals, communities, and creators — must follow these rules across all features of the platform.

If you plan to monetize your content, please review our Monetization Terms for additional requirements.

Our Trust & Safety Team reviews reports from users, moderators, partners, or when required by law. When violations occur, UniWave may take action such as warnings, content removal, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans. In severe cases, we may report violations to law enforcement.

If you see any content, account, or community violating these Guidelines, please report it directly through the platform.

Respect Each Other

1. No harassment or bullying. Do not target, intimidate, or harass others — including coordinated harassment, sexual harassment, or mass-reporting campaigns.

2. No threats or incitement of harm. Threatening violence or encouraging self-harm or harm toward others is strictly prohibited.

3. Protect privacy. Never share someone’s private or personal information (like addresses, phone numbers, or IDs) without their consent.

4. No hate speech or discrimination. Do not attack or demean others based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected attributes.

5. No promotion of violence or extremism. Do not glorify or encourage violent acts, extremist ideologies, or conspiracy theories that promote harm.

6. Protect minors. Sharing, creating, or soliciting sexual content involving minors — real or fictional — is strictly banned and will be reported to law enforcement.

7. Teen safety. Users under 18 must not engage in or be encouraged into sexualized or unsafe behavior online. We may remove communities that facilitate teen dating or risky interactions.

8. No sexual exploitation. Do not solicit or share sexual content with or about minors, or non-consensually share adult intimate media.

9. Age restrictions. Adult content must never be made accessible to minors and can only be posted in clearly age-restricted spaces.

10. No non-consensual intimate content. Sharing or threatening to share someone’s private or intimate images without their permission is prohibited.

11. No self-harm or suicide promotion. Content that glorifies, promotes, or encourages self-harm or eating disorders is not allowed.

12. No graphic or violent content. Do not post gore, animal cruelty, or other violent media intended to shock or harass others.

Respect UniWave

13. No spam or platform manipulation. Avoid unsolicited mass messaging, fake engagement, or using automation tools to inflate activity.

14. Authentic use only. Accounts must represent real people — not bots, fake identities, or impersonations.

15. No buying or selling accounts or handles. Usernames, profiles, and communities are not transferable or for sale.

16. No misinformation. Do not share or amplify false or misleading information that could cause real-world harm.

17. No deception or impersonation. Do not impersonate others, spread false identities, or mislead users for gain.

18. No evading bans. Attempting to return after a permanent suspension or using alternate accounts to bypass restrictions is not allowed.

19. Protect security. Do not use phishing, malware, or hacking attempts to compromise accounts or systems.

20. No scams or fraud. Do not deceive others for financial or personal gain, or share content that enables fraudulent activity.

21. No false reports. Submitting fake or misleading abuse reports to UniWave staff is a violation of these Guidelines.

Follow the Law

22. Respect intellectual property. Do not share or sell copyrighted content without permission, including stolen media or hacks.

23. No illegal or regulated goods. The sale or promotion of restricted, illegal, or dangerous goods is prohibited.

24. No illegal gambling or solicitation. Activities involving unlawful gambling, sexual solicitation, or human trafficking are strictly banned.

Enforcement and Updates

If you see behavior or content that violates these Guidelines, report it directly on UniWave. Please avoid taking matters into your own hands — vigilantism can put people at risk and interfere with investigations.

These Guidelines evolve as UniWave grows. We may update them to address new forms of harm or misuse. We’ll do our best to notify users of updates, but it’s your responsibility to stay informed and help keep UniWave safe, creative, and welcoming.
